Media Luna Hanging Bark Basket

Fans of practical design, rejoice! This masterfully woven hanging basket set consists of three half circle baskets made from tree bark, each slightly larger than the next. The baskets are connected with a cord made from the same material, which can be adjusted so the baskets are closer together or farther apart, in order to perfectly fit your space. 

These baskets are ideal for kitchen storage, letting you move your fruit, onions, eggs etc. off of the counter to utilize vertical space. The half circle shape lets the baskets rest perfectly against a wall.  They could also be used in any room, to organize socks, jewelry, trinkets ... the possibilities are endless!

The Luna Bark Baskets are developed by our friends at Hecho Shop made by women's collective. They gather all the materials from the surrounded forest, the wood is cut by hand, and the string is made by rolling tree bark against their calves. The string is then woven through the wood basket frames in varying patterns selected to add strength and durability.

Clean with damp cloth and warm water, no harsh scrubbers, no bleach. Hang to dry.
